What is the Return Policy?
Cold Air Inductions is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. The following conditions apply:
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee that can be up to 15% of the item’s original purchase price, excluding any discounts or promotions applied.
- Items that are received damaged, incomplete, or determined to be used or in unsellable condition as deemed by a Cold Air Inductions representative are not subject to a refund.
- Shipping is non-refundable* (Item must be repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear. Cold Air Inductions Inc. shall not be responsible for or obligated to pay for freight or other transportation-related costs or expenses in connection with any defective products or components that are returned to Cold Air Inductions facility or any replacement products or components that are shipped from Cold Air inductions. )

Can I return a part for any reason?

What is the exchange policy?
You may return unused, uninstalled, resalable components within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange but shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 15% will most likely apply. How do I ship a part back to you?
First, review our return policy details above then contact us at [email protected]. Once you receive the RMA, follow these steps:
- Repack the part back in the original packaging, ensuring parts are secure and no damage will occur in transit. Be sure to include all parts, hardware, instructions, or other items that came with it.
- Write your RMA number clearly on the box.
- Ship the part(s) back to us at the address our representative shared and obtain a tracking number from the carrier. To avoid refund/exchange delays, we encourage you to ship the return via UPS or FedEx – not USPS. We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
It will depend. If the order has already been processed and ship, you will have to return it. Call us immediately if you need to cancel an order. 810-392-9999
You sent me the wrong part. What do I do?
If we sent you the wrong part, we will correct the error. Please contact us at 810-392-9999, so we can make it right.
I ordered the wrong part. Now what?
If you have questions about fitment or other concerns, please contact us at 810-392-9999 before you purchase. We’re happy to help. If you did order the wrong part, please request the Return Authorization Number (RMA) here to initiate a return. These conditions are applicable to all returns:

It’s been longer than 30 days. Can I still return or exchange a part?
Sorry, no. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the original purchase date. If you believe this is a warranty issue, please review the policy here.
Why wouldn’t I be able to return or exchange a part?
There are a few reasons we cannot accept a return:
- If you installed the parts or the parts are damaged in any way.
- If you are requesting this past 30 days of the original purchase.
- If any pieces, parts, or components are damaged or missing.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Cold Air Inductions, Inc. does require up to a 15% restocking fee on returns and exchanges to cover our re-boxing and inspection expenses. If you have questions about fitment or other concerns, please contact us before you purchase. We’re happy to help.
What if the part is defective or damaged?
Cold Air Inductions recommends that, when applicable, you register your parts for our warranty. If you receive a part that you believe is defective right out of the box, please call us immediately at 810-392-9999. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping protection when you checkout. This ensures you are covered if your part is damaged in transit.
If you receive a newly purchased part, and it was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If you do not purchase shipping protection, you will not be eligible for a free replacement. If there is no insurance, UPS only covers up to $100, and you will need to file a claim with them. Keep the box and take photos.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. We encourage you send your return via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Please allow 3-4 business days for our representatives to process the return. Please note: items that are received damaged, incomplete, or determined to be used or in unsellable condition as deemed by a Cold Air Inductions representative are not subject to a refund. If you don’t see your refund when it should arrive, please….
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
